|Construction Leadership Council|
The Construction Leadership Council (CLC) functions to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the Chicagoland construction industry. It consists of over 300 dedicated, talented young professionals who have a desire to take advantage of all that the Chicagoland AGC chapter has to offer.
The CLC is open to young professionals employed by Chicagoland AGC member companies. CLC meetings and events are great opportunities for young professionals to network, exchange ideas, and engage in continuing education. At the same time, the CLC is a means by which future leaders are developed adding greater value to their companies and the industry.
The CLC develops a variety of educational sessions, site tours, networking and philanthropic activities for the benefit of the group and AGC members at large:
CLC Steering Committee:
Nora Degnan, Co-Chair, Thorne Associates
Anthony Alleman, Co-Chair, Pepper Construction
Joel DeGrave, Mortenson Construction
Dan Diekemper, Tribco Construction Services
Mike Pohl, DSP Insurance Services
The National CLC Leadership Development Conference is coming to Chicago October 14-16, 2020!
We look forward to welcoming over 300 of the industry's future leaders from not only the Midwest but from across the country to next year's LDC as we showcase Chicago, its spectacular building landscape, and the many corporate entities that make the Windy City its home base. The program will include two dynamic keynotes regarding leadership and communication, innovations in construction technology, presentations on other relevant industry topics, a community service project benefiting a prominent Chicago charity, jobsite tour of a substantial downtown project, and a Spirit of Chicago reception cruise.
